Role Overview: 
As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients and our internal teams. Your role will involve client interactions, gathering essential information to facilitate the client journey, and ensuring timely communication between the sales, marketing, and underwriting teams.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel. 
  • Information Collection: Efficiently gather necessary information and documents from clients needed for the sales and underwriting process. 
  • Team Collaboration: Relay collected information to the appropriate teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy. 
  • Document Management: Systematically manage client documents and details in Venbridge’s CRM (currently Zoho), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 
  • Feedback Collection: Engage with clients post-sales interaction to gather feedback, insights and testimonials. 
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated with Venbridge’s offerings and industry trends. 

Your Skill Set: 

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in both English (mandatory) and French (nice to have). 
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (experience with Zoho CRM is preferable.). 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals. 
  • Proactive, independent, and a self-starter. 
  • Strong quantitative skills and a keen eye for detail.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 
  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B (business to business) organization. 
  • Understanding of the tax credit financing industry. 
  • Proven track record in client relationship management or a similar role.
