Fraser Mackenzie Merchant Capital (“FMMC”) is a private fund manager and financial advisory services firm focused on the lower mid-market. The firm's fund activities include mezzanine debt / alternative debt financing via the FMMC Private Yield Fund, as well as buyout financing for businesses with established cashflows (minimum $1.5MM). We are interested in businesses spanning a wide range of industries including business services, manufacturing, software and distribution. Our target cheque size is $2 to $10 million.
