RCM began in 2009, working on turnaround and restructuring mandates. We started making our own investments in 2011, and have been focussed exclusively on our own direct investment since 2015.RCM is a special-situation investor in the truest sense – funding companies taking advantage of critical strategic opportunities that fall outside of other investor’s mandates. We execute transactions that aren’t run-of-the-mill – they take work, flexibility and creativity to complete. To make them successful over time requires care, patience, problem-solving and goodwill.
